Daily Prayer for November 19 2024,
Today’s Bible Verse:
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so also our comfort abounds through Christ. 2 Corinthians 1:3–5, NIV
Today’s Prayer:
Dear God,
You are the One who brings comfort and endless love to us all. We come to You today with thankful hearts because You help us when we’re going through hard times. Thank You for being there when we suffer and for staying faithful to us. Because of these experiences and Your help, we can now turn around and help others who are also hurting.
Lord, please turn our difficult times into stories of Your kindness, so we can share with others how You helped us when we were down. We praise You for giving meaning to our struggles and for showing us that even in our darkest moments, Your light shows us the way to hope and healing.
Help us remember that when we go through tough times like Jesus did, we also receive Your amazing comfort through Him.
Amen.
