Today’s Bible Verse:
Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord; and you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might. And these words which I command you this day shall be upon your heart.
Today’s Prayer:
Dear God,
we come to You with deep respect and love, knowing that You are our one true God. Please help us follow Your most important rule, to love You completely with all our heart, mind, and strength that You have given us. We want Your teachings to be more than just words we say, we want them to grow deep inside us and change who we are.
Please show us how to prove our complete love for You through what we do each day, how we make choices, and how we treat other people. We ask that Your rules become the base of everything we do, helping us become better people and showing us which way to go in life.
Amen.
