Today’s Bible Verse:
Then John gave this testimony: “I saw the Spirit come down from heaven as a dove and remain on him. And I myself did not know him, but the one who sent me to baptize with water told me, ‘The man on whom you see the Spirit come down and remain is the one who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.’ I have seen and I testify that this is God’s Chosen One.”
Today’s Prayer:
Dear God,
we ask You with humble hearts to help us see spiritual truths just like You did for John, who saw Your Holy Spirit come down like a dove upon Jesus, the Lamb of God.
Please help us to recognize when You are present in our lives, and like John, give us the strength to share our faith in Your Son with complete confidence. May the same Spirit that stayed with Jesus light our way today, so we can tell others about Your greatness.
We pray that how we live would show our faith, not just through our words, but through actions that prove we have truly seen and believe in You.
