But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet. For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Today’s Prayer:
Dear God, we thank you for these powerful words you have given us today. Help us to live with faith and love in our hearts, equipped with the hope of salvation. Help us to walk as your children of light. Grant that amid every difficulty we may remember that you call us to salvation.
May our hearts be filled with gratitude for this unique gift you have given us through Jesus Christ. May we continue to walk steadfastly in your way, equipped with the armor of faith, love, and hope in every situation we face today. Amen.
