Daily Prayer for December 10 2024,
Today’s Bible Verse:
The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. (John testified concerning him. He cried out, saying, “This is the one I spoke about when I said, ‘He who comes after me has surpassed me because he was before me.'”) Out of his fullness we have all received grace in place of grace already given.
Today’s Prayer:
Dear God,
We are amazed by Your wonderful plan, how You sent Jesus to live among us as both God and human. Thank You for showing us Your greatness through Your Son Jesus, who connects Heaven and earth just by being here with us. Just like John (the Baptist) told everyone about You, please help us to see and welcome Your amazing love that keeps flowing into our lives.
Lord, we know that even before You made the world, You planned to give us this beautiful gift of Your love. Help us to be like John, brave enough to tell others about You and to live in a way that shows Your love. Please guide us so that our daily lives can show others how wonderful You are. Help us remember that through Jesus, You have given us the precious gift of Your love and kindness.
