What answer shall be given to the envoys of that nation? “The Lord has established Zion, and in her his afflicted people will find refuge.”
Today’s Prayer:
Dear God,
We come to You today feeling thankful, knowing that You have created a safe and peaceful place for everyone who wants to be close to You. Just like You promised to protect and comfort Your people when they’re hurting, we thank You for being our forever safe place when times get tough.
Lord, help us remember that when we’re with You, we find a peace that’s bigger than anything we can understand. Your amazing love keeps us safe, like a shelter during a storm.
Please help us always remember to turn to You when we need strength and protection.
Amen.
