Today’s Bible Verse:
Then the Lord will create over all of Mount Zion and over those who assemble there a cloud of smoke by day and a glow of flaming fire by night; over everything the glory will be a canopy. It will be a shelter and shade from the heat of the day, and a refuge and hiding place from the storm and rain.
Today’s Prayer:
Dear God,
we ask for Your protection today. Spread Your shield over us as we come together in Your name. Be our shelter from the burning problems we face and our safe place when life gets stormy.
Cover us with Your amazing presence that guides us both day and night. When dangers come near, let us hide in Your safety. Just as You promised to protect Your people long ago, please promise to watch over us too.
We find peace in Your shadow, trusting that You will defend us perfectly. Light our way with Your holy guidance.
