Today’s Bible Verse:
For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God. Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.
Today’s Prayer:
Dear God,
thank you for always keeping Your promises to us through Jesus. We’re so grateful that when we come to You, Your answer is “Yes” because of Him. Thank You for making our faith strong, for blessing us with Your presence, and for giving us Your Holy Spirit as a down payment on all the good things You have planned for us.
Please help us live like people who truly belong to You. Help us trust in Your promises instead of depending on ourselves. We want our everyday actions to say “Amen” to Your words, showing others how amazing You are by how we live. We know we can count on what You say.
