Today’s Bible Verse:
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Today’s Prayer:
Dear God,
we come to You today feeling thankful, knowing that many faithful people have walked this path before us. Please help us let go of the heavy worries that slow us down and the mistakes that trip us up. Make us strong enough to keep going on our life’s journey with determination, always looking to Jesus as our guide and role model.
We’re so grateful that He sacrificed Himself for us, faced the cross with hope, and showed us how to reach You. Give us the bravery to follow where He led, to accept the path You’ve chosen for us, and to keep moving forward with strong faith, no matter what.
