Rejoice greatly, Daughter Zion! Shout, Daughter Jerusalem! See, your king comes to you, righteous and victorious, lowly and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.
Today’s Prayer:
Dear God,
We come to You today with happy and thankful hearts, knowing You sent Your Son Jesus Christ to us with kindness and love. During these hard times when many people are hurting and looking for hope, we praise You for giving us Jesus, our King, who didn’t come with fancy clothes or riches, but came as a humble person just like us.
Please help us, Lord, to be humble like Jesus when we serve You and help others. Help us see the ways You work in our everyday lives, and let Your love spread to every country and every corner of the world. We’re so thankful that Jesus Christ is our forever King and Savior, bringing Your light to everyone who looks for You.
Amen.
